What's Up At Park

Hello Park Cinemas movie goers. OK I know its been awhile since I've been here. My bad. We are rolling along with lots of new movies every week. If you haven't seen Avatar in 3-D yet, you have about another couple of weeks until the new 3-D movies of Disney's Alice in Wonderland and Dreamworks How To Train Your Dragon hit the screens.

We will be keeping our present lineup for another week until February 25 with the addition of Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island with Leonardo DiCaprio.We have some Shutter Island books from Paramount Studios for giveaways on opening day, so brush up on your Shutter Island trivia to be a winner. Up for the Academy Award for Best Actor and the Golden Globe winner, Jeff Bridges does a great job portraying the life of a singer on the road playing the local bars and honkey tonks in the movie Crazy Heart. Plan on about 2 more weeks for this movie.

Soon to be leaving are When in Rome, Tooth Fairy, Edge of Darkness and From Paris With Love. Looking ahead for Cop Out with Bruce Willis, Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland with Johnny Depp (just a hint, this is not a young childrens movie), Green Zone, a thriller with Matt Damon, Remember Me starring Robert Pettinson of the Eclipse fame, and a comedy She's Out Of My League (its R rated so please bring your ID's). Some of your favorite actors are coming soon so mark your calendars and make sure not to miss them. And we look forward as usual to seeing all of you.
